Women in AI Canada team is launching the WaiMentorship Program in order to facilitate mentors to connect with other women who are looking to advance their career in AI.

The main purpose of this program is to assist those women who are already in their early career or aspire to be in a career in AI to reach their desired career goals.

We are looking to find mentors and mentees to create this community of mentorship.

Purpose
The purpose of the mentorship program is to create a community of two categories of women.

Women who are interested or aspire to have careers in AI.

The main goal of the initiative is to assist women from both categories to advance quickly in the field of AI. It will be a platform where women from both categories can gain crucial skills needed for a successful career in AI

How does it work?
Step 1
Register yourself to express interest in being a mentor.

Step 2
Mentorship team matches a mentee with a mentor based on their categories, areas of interest and goals.

Step 3
Mentorship team connects mentors and mentees

Step 4
Two mentorship sessions scheduled within three months
​
Step 5
Filling in evaluation forms at the end of each mentorship sessions and feedback surveys at the end of program
