The grounding vision behind the building of a strong and robust United States country chapter is the inclusion of the diverse dynamics of cultural, socioeconomics variances of our 50 states. The programs and events of our country chapter will be as unique as each state, but our north star is inclusion and representation of Women. All women. In AI.
There is no innovation without a fertile ground for research to test the viability of ideas. There is no personal growth without experience. There is no experience without opportunities. There are no opportunities without mentorship and sponsorship.

Our programs are enablers for women to get their feet wet in research, to gain experience, to find opportunities or to create their own, to find support among a community of women in their own backyard, led by one of their own, residing in their state or city. To find a stage or if there is none, to build one.
Our chapter is a platform to connect all dots and provide the limelight for women to shine and prosper in the emerging field of AI in the United States of America. The United States is trailblazing in the field of AI, but we want the women of this great nation to lead the way and make AI work for all humanity.
We welcome you all to build Women in AI USA chapter from the ground up. AI is not a synthetic wave upon us, it is a humanistic and cultural progression of our evolution as humans; therefore, we must make sure it speaks for you and for each person. That is not possible without you.
