WOMEN IN AI IN UAE EMPOWERING INNOVATION THROUGH INCLUSION

Women in AI - UAE is a local chapter of the global non-profit initiative Women in AI (WAI), dedicated to closing the gender gap in AI and promoting responsible, inclusive innovation.

Based in the United Arab Emirates, our community brings together women working across academia, industry, government, and entrepreneurship who are passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

We believe that diversity is a driver of innovation. By empowering women with skills, visibility, and a strong support network, we contribute to a more equitable tech landscape and help build AI systems that better serve all parts of society. Our programs focus on education, mentorship, career development, and thought leadership, while encouraging ethical practices in AI development and deployment.

In a country that’s rapidly advancing in digital transformation and smart technologies, Women in AI - UAE serves as a platform for women to lead, inspire, and shape the future. Through partnerships, events, and community-driven projects, we aim to connect talent with opportunity and create real impact for the AI ecosystem in the UAE and beyond.
