The Women in AI USA Mentorship Program offers a dedicated platform where aspiring professionals can directly connect with experienced mentors on a one-to-one basis, fostering meaningful and personalized guidance. Unlike traditional services, this program is provided at no financial cost, ensuring accessibility and equity for all participants. Designed to support career growth, technical development, and leadership readiness, the initiative creates a trusted space for knowledge sharing and mentorship that is both impactful and inclusive. By removing barriers and building bridges between leaders and learners, Women in AI USA strengthens the community and empowers the next generation of innovators in artificial intelligence.

Executive Coach & Sr. Engineering Leader
Alla Shashkina
Alla is a mentor for WaiMentorshipUSA and an AI/NLP leader who spent 11 years at Apple, including serving as the first female engineer and manager on the Siri International team. She led Siri language expansion and built teams that delivered privacy-first, on-device Siri across 41+ languages. Now based in San Diego, CA, she is also a certified breath science practitioner and career transition coach, blending science-backed breathwork with cognitive strategies. Her mentorship focuses on executive presence, strategic communication, career growth/transitions, resilience, and leveraging a global, multilingual edge.

Life Sciences & Healthcare Innovation
Shruthi Bharadwaj
Shruthi is a mentor for WaiMentorshipUSA and a seasoned leader at the intersection of AI and life sciences, with 15+ years driving innovation across pharma and biotech. Currently a Member of the Technical Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, she applies AI to solve complex biomedical challenges. She specializes in AI for drug discovery and development, clinical innovation, and bridging data science, biology, and strategy to create real-world impact.
