Girls in AI Program
The Girls in AI initiative empowers high school girls to explore, learn, and lead in the world of Artificial Intelligence. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, hackathons, and student-led clubs, participants gain both technical skills- such as AI, coding, problem-solving, and college-ready experiences, including leadership development, portfolio building, certifications, and mentorship.
The first launch of the Girls in AI Program is taking place in Washington State, within the Issaquah School District, led by Dr. Shanu Sushmita (Washington State Ambassador) and Shreeya Dhakal. This launch marks the beginning of a broader mission to inspire and equip young women to become confident creators and leaders in the AI-driven future.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to inspire the next generation of women innovators in AI- equipping them with the confidence, knowledge, and networks to thrive in higher education and future careers in STEM. Our goal is to expand this initiative across all states in the USA, creating a national network of young women innovators who are ready to lead in technology, research, and entrepreneurship.

By joining Girls in AI, students not only build valuable skills but also strengthen their college and scholarship applications with unique projects, certifications, and leadership opportunities that set them apart.
