Pioneered by Women In AI (WAI), the WAI Awards honors women from diverse backgrounds who are making significant advances in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

For our 3rd edition in France, we are calling on all women advancing AI, from architects and product builders to strategic leaders and bold reinventors of their own carriers. Celebrating those who build AI. Inspiring those who will. Making their impact undeniable.

We amplify the 22% of AI professionals who are women and help them shape 100% of our future.

Award Categories

Tech & Innovation Pillar

1. Tech & Innovation Pillar

• AI Architect & Tech Builder Award - Recognizes a woman engineer, AI architect, ML Engineer, or Chief Technology Officer who designs, develops, or deploys high-impact AI systems (models, infrastructure, algorithms).

• AI Innovation Award - Honors a woman whose innovation (product, research, patent, or AI solution) created a technological breakthrough or opened new use cases for AI.

2. Corporate, Entrepreneurship & Leadership Pillar

• AI Founder Award - Recognizes the founder or co-founder of an AI-based startup/scaleup showing remarkable growth or fundraising.

• Enterprise AI Leader Award - For a Chief AI Officer (CAIO), VP Data/AI, or Project Director who has led a large-scale AI transformation within a major group or mid-sized company.

3. Societal Impact & Diversity Pillar

• Role Model & Diversity Award - Rewards an inspiring women who actively raises awareness about women’s place in AI and inspires new vocations (as a keynote speaker, mentor or advocate)

4. New Generation & Career Transition Pillar

• AI Career Transition Award - A powerful award celebrating a woman from a completely different background who successfully transitioned into Data/AI careers.

5. Partner’s Choice Award

A special recognition chosen by each sponsor for a woman who inspired them most.
